I took a break from work last week and had the most amazing week at TED Active in Palm Springs (thank you, Paige)! My brain is filled to the brim with information I am trying to format, and my soul is bursting with inspiration.
One of the three-minute talks I heard on the first day, was very easy to process, and I want to share it with you since it is all about ridding yourself of stuff.
